This heavy weight warm fleece deluxe version of the BEN 10 jacket. It is great for costume and everyday wear or play.

Perfect for winter and colder climates!

Made from a 100% Polyester Northern Lights Anti-Pill Fleece Fabric. (Like you would see throw blankets and ski apparel made)

Machine washable and very durable for wear!

Looks just like the jacket Ben 10 wears!

The production time before shipping is 7-14 business days Before shipping and could be sooner or quicker depending on the time of year. Halloween and Christmas are always longer! Each jacket is made from cut to finish by me personally. Jackets have serged and double stitched seams to add a finished look... THIS JACKET IS NOT LINED...It is an additional $10 for lining. The fleece jacket has a sport weight separating zipper for durability and warmth. Jacket has hidden side pockets, and a band around the bottom edge of the jacket. All stripes the "10" patch are stitched onto the jacket for durability and a professional look! This jacket also is a much snugger fit than the other fleece jacket I sell, and is a little shorter in length. I have been a professional seamstress and designer for over 35 years and also have 5 children of my own. I put that experience into all my products, and know what fabrics and designs wear well for children.

Jackets can be personalized for free upon request. I will machine embroidery your child's name on the inside of the back collar, making your little alien avenger feel at the top of his little UNIVERSE! NOTE: Please keep personalization to 10 characters, including spaces. Also, I cannot accept returns on personalized items, So please make sure and order the correct size using the size chart. If you do NOT want personalization, simply use NONE in the personalization box.

PAYMENTS

I accept Pay Pal, personal checks, money orders & cashier checks. All payments must clear before item is shipped. Please do not phone to place on order with a credit card. I do not have means to accept credit card payments. You can purchase through Pay Pal using your credit card without having a Pay Pal account. All payments through Pay Pal are secure, and have buyer protections. I at no time keep on record your credit card number or even see it. When making out checks please make it out to "CRYSTAL DENTON" and NOT Fon Universe, or I cannot cash it.

PLEASE note that if at anytime you file a dispute with Pay Pal you have just "CANCELED" your order with me. Whenever a dispute is filed with Pay Pal the funds are put on hold. I cannot ship out without payment, especially when I often have many clients at a time wanting jackets. I expect all clients to be considerate and respectful of me and the other clients with orders. For the amount of time it requires to straighten out disputes I could have made your jacket. That is why I will merely cancel the order and issue a refund.

SHIPPING POLICIES

The cost for shipping in the US and International is determined on your zip code upon checkout. I ship USPS Priority which is 2-3 days for the US and 7-14 days for international mail. NOTE: THIS IS ONLY THE SHIPPING TIME ONCE I HAVE SHIPPED, NOT THE PRODUCTION TIME OF YOUR ACTUAL JACKET AND HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE IT!) WARNING!!!! International mail is VERY unpredictable. I am NOT responsible for packages that get caught in customs. International buyers are also responsible for any additional charges that customs may add to your package. These are things that I personal control over AT ALL. SO please don't come back to me later asking for a refund because you had to pay additional custom charges. Be aware that they may occur. (NOTE: THIS IS ONLY THE SHIPPING TIME ONCE I HAVE SHIPPED, NOT THE PRODUCTION TIME OF YOUR ACTUAL JACKET AND HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE IT!) I DO NOT offer express shipping simply because of my location it still requires 2 days before delivery. UPS will do overnight shipping but the cost on the average is $70.

You can track your package through Pay Pal if that is how you made payment, by merely going to your account history and tracking through the transaction number. Otherwise, I use stamps.com and you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when it is shipped. You should also, be able to receive information and updates through your account on the FON Universe website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

All shipping cost on returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless I have made an error on my end. You will also not be refunded for shipping cost on any returns. Most of what I do is personalized items, which make it difficult for me to except returns, so please make sure you order the size you need. I DO NOT except returns on items when the buyer simply did not read the description in full, and ends up with an item they didn't want because of it. Please be responsible and make sure and read all item descriptions completely before buying, and do not just make assumptions from the photos. Almost every dispute I have had was from a buyer not wanting to read the description. I will not except any items retuned that have been used, or show any signs of wear. All returns must be made within 10 business days, after item is shipped. Refunds will only be given after I have received the item. This is standard practice among sellers, and businesses. Do not expect to receive a replacement for your item without returning the unwanted item first, there will be NO exceptions on this policy whether it be by my error or the buyers.

I also reserve the right to refuse service to irate or difficult buyers that get demanding or abusive. I expect all communications to be on a mature and professional level. I will not tolerate buyers that contact me in a demanding or aggressive manner, and I will not be intimidated or threatened.

I am very quick to respond to e-mails so if you are NOT receiving responses it is because e-mails are bouncing on either your end or mine.
